  • Acted on responses from parental questionnaire regarding behaviour
  • Promoted positive behaviour within the school with children, staff and parents
  • Delivered training to welfare staff in order to promote positive behaviour and ensure that school policy is being adhered to
  • Collected and analysed data regarding number of low level behaviour incidents/serious incidents – actions plans implemented
  • Developed ‘Behaviour Profiles’ for children with specific behavioural needs – shared throughout school including supply teachers
  • Supported teachers in meetings with parents/other professionals regarding behaviour
  • Updated all members of staff on current issues regarding behaviour
  • All the above helped to achieve a rating of ‘outstanding’ in ‘Behaviour and Safety’ in our schools latest inspection
  • Shared good practice with a local school and helped develop ways of recording behaviour issues suited to the needs of their school
  • Developed the role of ‘Temporary Lead Behaviour Professional’ to cover my maternity leave to ensure continuation of good practice

  • Worked alongside SEBD team to support behaviour challenges within school
  • Delivered training on ‘Behaviour Management’ to Associate Teachers currently on the Schools Direct Programme
